Assuming a couple purchase, then both of you will work an average of 5 hour per week each and earn enough for a very comfortable life style and your investment will grow at about 5% per annum.The hours can be dramatically reduced if you wish to delegate the mundane duties we carry out ourselves.

We offer for sale a well established holiday apartment rental business located in the beautiful costal town of Albir Costa Blanca. The business was started over 6 years ago by my wife and myself. Over that period we have built up a large number of regular customers. We have those who return every year making approx 25% of the following years booking and customers returning from previous years provide a further approx 35% of the following year’s bookings, plus word of mouth approx 10%. We have a full A4 file containing names and addresses of previous customers as well as  computerised data of everyone sent a brochure, a new brochure is sent to everyone on this list 1^st week in January every year, this plus the advertising in January normally provides up to 30 weeks of bookings made in January.
